Harper and Madison is a little cafe in Billings. A little restaurant that is frequented by fun clientele for its excellent pastries, amazing food and amazing desserts and yummy coffee, wonderful espresso and superb latte. Has outdoor seating. Good prices and a fun atmosphere. Friendly staff.
