OUIBUS הינה חברת בת לאוטובוסים של רכבת המדינה הצרפתית, SNCF. הרשות הלאומית לנסיעה ברכבות במדינה, SNCF היא רשת המספקים הממלכתית בצרפת, ומובילה באספקת חיבורי תחבורה באירופה. בשנת 2012 החל OUIBUS להפעיל שירותי מאמנים בינלאומיים באירופה לקישור בין ערים מרכזיות. הרכזת הראשונה הוקמה בפריס-ברסי, כאשר יותר רכזות ונתיבים הרחיבו את הרשת בשנים שלאחר מכן. The French railway system is planned and constructed by the French National Railway Agency (Socicte Nationalc des Chemins de Fer Francais, abbreviated as SNCF).
