Annavaram

Annavaram is on NH5 connecting Chennai and Howrah in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It's famous for the Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy temple, on a hillock. Annavaram Temple Annavaram Railway Station

- The Sree Veera Venkata Satyanaryana Swamy temple, on the Ratnagiri hill. On the northern side of the temple's compound, there's a sundial, on Indian Standard time.

- There are shrines of Vana Durga and Kanaka Durga nearby. Goddess Vanadurga is held in great veneration.

- The temple of Grama Devatha (Village deity) is in the village, at the foot of the hill.

- Park on the banks of holy river Pampa.

Sri Gokulam - The place where holy cows are maintained and fed by devastanam and devotees.

There are some adopted temples around this town by this temple devasthanam. They are - Sri Bhuvaneswari temple,Kovvuru, West Godavari District - Sri VenuGopala Swamy Temple, Gedhanapalli - Sri Malleswara Swamy Temple

Souvenirs of the Lord and his consort can be bought, along with the temple publications in the premises of the temple.

Since it is a temple town, only vegetarian food is available and allowed. The prasadam of this temple is very famous and delicious. The temple manages a free kitchen (annadana satram) in its vicinity, which provides free but delicious food to the pilgrims.

Consuming alcohol is absolutely forbidded in this temple.
