Ilawa is town in Masuria, Poland.
Sadly, much of Iława was destroyed in World War II. However, some interesting attractions have survived.
- Church of the Transfiguration, Kościelna 1, +48 89 648 26 41. Built in 1317-1325 in Gothic style.
- 4 Baroque sculptures on the main street - Jupiter, Junona, Meduza and Herkules (first half of 18th century) got from the palace in Kamieniec Suski
- Eastern Orthodox Church.
- Secessionist villas and palaces
- Medieval fortified settlement (grodzisko) on Wielka Żuława island (the biggest inland island in Poland)
- Town Hall, Niepodległości 13. From the 1910s.
- Watermill. Unfortunately nowadays the building is hidden large commercial panels and threatened by destruction.
