Cortiglione is a comune in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60km southeast of Turin and about 15km southeast of Asti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 565 and an area of 8.4km2. Cortiglione borders the following municipalities: Belveglio, Incisa Scapaccino, Masio, Rocchetta Tanaro, Vaglio Serra, and Vinchio.
