Skipness is a small village on the east coast of the Kintyre Peninsula in Argyll and Bute, Scotland.
- Skipness Castle and Chapel. All year - tower summer only. owned by Historic Scotland. A ruined castle which was occupied between 13th and 17th centuries. Free.
- Great views of Arran!

- The Seafood Cabin - open from May to September. Excellent food, but very pricey! A seafood platter costs £17.50, but it is well worth it! Open from 11am to 7pm and closed on Saturdays.
- Skipness Village Stores - also offers sandwiches, tea, coffee and homebaking. Closed Tuesday afternoons and Sundays.
Skipness Seafood Cabin is licenensed and is very reasonably priced.
Tarbert and Campbeltown are good day trips from Skipness. Or even better, Arran, of course!
