Heraclea Minoa is a small village named after its Greek ruins on the south coast of Agrigento province in Sicily, Italy, half way between the towns of Sciacca to the north-west and Porto Empedocle and Agrigento to the south-east.
- The ruins. They are not that impressive - a semi-circular open air theatre and a few buildings - but the setting of a hill overlooking a sweeping beach, backed by a narrow band of pine trees, more than makes up for it.

- Venture down to the beach through the pine trees and relax in or outside one of the two bars.
- Sciacca – on the coast 22 km to the north-west
- Porto Empedocle – on the coast 22 km to the south-east
- Agrigento – just past Porto Empedocle
