The Houtman Abrolhos are a group of 122 islands near the town of Geraldton in Western Australia.

The islands have a Mediterranean climate, with warm dry summers and cooler, wet winters. Mean temperatures range from 9.3 °C to 19.5 °C in July, and from 19.1 °C to 32.4 °C in February.
There are some significant historical sights, such as the shipwreck of the Batavia.

Due to their well preserved state, the Abrolhos provides some of the best snorkelling, diving and deep sea fishing in the world.
