The most famous feature of Saint-Ursanne is its town centre with many buildings dating back from the middle ages. The town is quite small and there is a walking map available from the tourist office, which will bring you around to see all the sights.
- Collegiate Church. Part of this church and its cloister date back to the 10th century.
- Hermitage of Ursicinus. This is dedicated to the hermit Ursicinus who is said to have lived here in the 6th century. A monastery was built in his name and that is also where the town got its name from.
