Santhià (; Piedmontese: Santià or Santcià ) is a comune (municipality) in the province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 50km northeast of Turin and about 20km northwest of Vercelli. Santhià is hoem to a historic carnival named the Carnevale Storico di Santhià, held since the 14th century.
