Seremban Train Station Seremban is the state capital of Negeri Sembilan, on the west coast of peninsular Malaysia.

Like most other cities on the West Coast of Malaysia, Seremban is populated by citizens of Malay, Chinese and Indian ethnicity (called separate "races" in Malaysia). Major languages spoken in the city are Malay (the national language) and Tamil, Cantonese (especially by the elder generation), Mandarin (spoken more by the younger generation)

Seremban is seldom regarded as a main tourist attraction. It is located between Melaka (70 km south) and Kuala Lumpur (60 km north).

  • Two zoos in Seremban: Seremban Animal Park near Taman Setia Jaya and the Mini Zoo near Taman Jiboi

1. Enjoy a walk at Seremban's Lake Gardens especially during sunset. The A&W fastfood restaurant is also located by the side of the Lake, to offer great lakeside view. The Lake Gardens is a favourite park for joggers and anglers alike. Well maintained pathways around the lake makes strolls a leisure. Located nearby the lake is the recreational forest in which nature lovers can enjoy the biodiversity it has to offer. Seremban is not a major tourist attraction but stopping a night at Seremban before a departure flight from KLIA is enjoyable.

  • There is also a flea market in Jalan Utam Singh

  • AEON Seremban 2. a shopping mall located in Seremban 2. It has more than 20 shops & western-style department store, AEON.
  • Seremban Parade — a shopping mall located in Bandar Seremban. It has various kind of shops and western-style department store, Parkson.
  • Terminal 1. Located in Jalan Lintang, Bandar Seremban. It has 3 anchor tenants namely Parkson Grand, Giant Hypermarket and Golden Screen Cinemas, which features 4 screens. Parkson Grand serves as a departmental store while shoppers can shop for groceries in Giant Hypermarket. It also house a Popular bookstore. Handphone shops and electronic gadgets can be found also.
  • Era Square. in Jalan Labu Lama, near to Bandar Seremban. A multi-purpose commercial centre with more than 18 shops and Western restaurants.
  • Centre Point — located in Jalan Dato Muda Linggi. It has various kind of shops & western-style department store, The Store
  • Angsana Seremban. located in Jalan Ampangan.
  • There is also some hypermarkets in Seremban such as Carrefour in Seremban Forest Heights; Tesco Extra near Seremban 2 and Seremban Jaya; Giant hypermarket in Senawang and in Plaza Ampangan.

  • Seremban Siew Pau A special delicacy here called the 'Siew Pau' is a type of baked bun which is considered a must-have by those who visit this town. The filling inside is usually minced pork.

  • Seremban Crabs A popular destination especially for tourists due to spaciousness and fast food preparation. Located along Jalan Lobak.
  • Hong Kong Noodle House Home made noodles and a variety of Wan Tan Mee. Located on the same street as Seremban Crab.

Seremban is a pretty safe town to travel to. Crime rate is amongst the lowest in Malaysia. Just take the usual precautions when travelling to any town/city: avoid carrying large amounts of cash, wearing excessive jewellery & leaving valuables visible inside one's vehicle
