Ameglia (Ligurian: Ameggia, locally Megia) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of La Spezia in the Italian region of Liguria, located about 90km southeast of Genoa and about 11km southeast of La Spezia. Ameglia borders the municipalities of Lerici and Sarzana.
