The Osteria's menu is explained by the innkeeper, just as it was in the past. Five different soups are offered every day, featuring seasonal ingredients, for quality produce in season is the key to preparation of the Osteria's traditional recipes. All pasta is made on the premises. Since 2012 Andrea and Lorella welcome guests with traditional courtesy and hospitality, offering a cuisine based on slow cooking, oftenin a wood-burning oven to enhance flavours while giving the dishes just the right lightness and all charm of days gone by.
