Restaurant Specktakel is a favorite restaurant in Haarlem in the center. Perfectly cooked rib eye, really tasty meat and vegetarian options on the menu in this modern establishment. Japanese sake and good service. Lovely courtyard and good wine list. Great value for money and a cozy setting.
