A visit of the chapel of Panagia Kakaviotissa, dedicated to the Virgin Mary is highly recommended. The chapel lies on Kakkavos hill in a cave, surrounded by steep cliffs, 4 km from Myrina. The unique views and tranquility of the landscape are worth the somewhat difficult climb.
