Chez Toinou is a restaurant in Marseille close to the Mémorial de La Marseillaise, well liked for its fabulous seafood, wonderful shrimp and superb food. Local beer. Bright interior and very expensive wine list. Old setting. Really helpful staff. Excellent value for money.
