Uppsala's main concert hall was inaugurated in 2007. By then discussions of building a concert hall had been going on for a hundred years! Since then the building and its modernist design has kept on creating controversy. The concert hall has a varied calendar which includes both orchestras, dance performances, modern music as well as conferences and seminars. From the top floor you get a great view of Uppsala.
