Formerly the Escuela La Niña, and then later the Provincial Library of Bohol, it was opened in July 2008 after moving from the Carlos P. Garcia House. The museum has exhibits on the wildlife, traditions and culture of Bohol, the island's geological history, as well as a room featuring paintings from students throughout the province.
