Ocean Boulevard is a great bar in Kitty Hawk. A young diner that is frequented by great crowd for its beautiful cheese, excellent desserts and perfect steaks. Fun cocktails in a very nice atmosphere. A wonderful wine list. Friendly staff. High prices.
