The Flower Clock is found at the foot of Castle Hill , opposite the resort of Caleta Abarca. The time-keeping mechanism was built in Switzerland and the clock was acquired by the city in 1962 as part of the plan to appoint Cina del Mar as one of the cities to host the World Cup that year.
