Named after the constitutional amendment that ended prohibition, this mibrobrewery/restaurant is close to the SF Giants stadium and therefore great for pre- or post-game beers. They have a great variety of beers and ales on tap as well as seasonal brews, a restaurant open for lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends, as well as $2 off draft beer from 2:30-5:30 Monday through Friday (except game days).
