Seabelle restaurant is located at Kingfisher Bay Resort on the western side of Fraser Island in the Great Sandy National Park. Seabelle's Chef de Cuisine has drawn inspiration from Fraser Island’s indigenous Butchulla tribe - crafting his menus to blend seasonal, local produce, fresh seafood, Australian bush tucker and island living. This is a place where herbs and garnishes are home-grown at the resort’s nursery, and delivered fresh by our gardeners to the kitchen door. Your evening starts in the architecturally-stunning Centre Complex, whose wide verandahs are reminiscent of a Queenslander house. What follows is a stunning dining experience where Australian food and good company is enjoyed outside in the bush land setting or inside where the colours of the bush - the tans of the forest, gold of the sand and blue of the Great Sandy Strait - abound.
