The Moon Under Water is a reasonably priced restaurant in Watford. Huge portions, vegetarian pasta and nice burgers on offer in this spacious venue. Real ale, good beer and good coffee. Bright interior and great menu. Good value for money and a good atmosphere. Some reviews complain about awful service.
