A stone throw away from the famous "Lunch Lady" who was discovered by Anthony Bourdain, non-profit Restaurant Bloom Saigon serves you healthy authentic Vietnamese delicacies and street foods made with fresh, quality ingredients in a nice French colonial inspired villa. Our chefs concoct mouth watering dishes using top quality meats and no additives, such as MSG. If you look for an escape of the crowded streets of Ho Chi Minh City, then Bloom Saigon is the right oasis for you. We are a Non-Profit Restaurant runned by ACWP.org since January 2015. BLOOM means "Because Love Overcomes One's Misfortune". Inspired by the concept that emphasizes empowerment through providing accessible health care, nutrition, education, and hands-on experience - Aid for Children Without Parents (ACWP- www.acwp.org) first developed BLOOM, a vocational training restaurant in Hue to complete the cycle of empowerment for the disadvantaged children in Vietnam. Our vision has now expanded to the beautiful city of Saigon, where we opened a restaurant, Bloom Saigon, that continues our mission to provide a culinary training facility for these young individuals to learn and grow. The experience at this restaurant will provide the disadvantaged young adults with practical tools and materials to learn specific skills that will enable them to market themselves in the real working world, as well as seek out ways to help prevent children from being trafficked. Housed in a beautifully restored French colonial villa down a dimly lit alley, BLOOM Restaurant Saigon serves you healthy authentic Vietnamese delicacies and street foods made with fresh, quality ingredients with a touch of French influence. Our chefs concoct mouth watering dishes using top quality meats and no additives, such as MSG. Our food reflects our commitment to exceptional quality. All meals are prepared under the guidance of Asian Fusion Executive Chef Jacqueline Kieu and French Executive Chef Hung Tu, with a passion for perfection. Both have brought their vision of innovative food presentation and fresh ingredients to BLOOM Catering Service in the USA, as well as BLOOM Saigon in Vietnam, creating a thoroughly modern take on classic Vietnamese flavors. Bloom's service offers a charming, comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and balances the elegant fare on the menu, which serves a sumptuous selection of dishes from within a quaint setting in an old colonial villa. We would like to think of ourselves as one of the rare hidden gems in Ho Chi Minh City.
