Blue Diamond is a vegetarian restaurant in Chiang Mai in a quiet street, mentioned often for its superb food, excellent bread and really amazing salads. Great coffee, good espresso and thai beer. Great menu, outdoor seating area, wonderful service and lovely atmosphere. Great value for money.
