Sandcastle & Soggy Dollar Bar is a wonderful restaurant in Jost Van Dyke, mentioned often for its awesome pancakes, excellent chips and amazing sandwiches. This favorite hangout does cold beer, great cocktails and nice wines. Good menu, private dining room, great service and fun atmosphere. Decent prices.
