The Admiral Collingwood is on the site of the old Collingwood Hotel was years in the planning and finally opened on 3rd June 2014. The building has been designed around the sea and has a unique glass dome on the roof terrace. The terrace itself has stunning views across the Bristol Channel where you can sit and have a meal or just enjoy a glass of wine. Food is served all day from 8am to 1pm. Breakfast is served till midday and the main menu is available all day. Our fantastic drinks menu is available all day with great wines & spirits, real ales and excellent craft beer.
