One of the best places in Ho Chi Minh City. Located close to the Ton Duc Thang Museum, a really nice bistro that offers mixed paella, decent food and superb tapas. Lovely cocktails and very friendly staff. A fine wine list. Lovely atmosphere. Very reasonable prices.
