It is located on the Happy Valley road close to the IAS Academy. The temple can be visited between 07:00 to 17:00. Mussoorie was the Dalai Lama’s first place of refuge when he fled Tibet, before he was granted land in Dharamshala by then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
