Matsu Japanese Restaurant is a great sushi bar in Huntington Beach. This great sushi restaurant offers little tempura, very good shrimp and amazing steaks. Good beer. Delicious menu and romantic dining room. Very good value for money and a good atmosphere. Friendly staff.
