A very interesting museum that is larger than expected and is very fun to explore. Don't miss the giant turtle and unusual but interesting room of stuffed animals in the natural history exhibit on the first floor. There are also exhibits about Orkney's maritime and wartime history, amongst others. The staff are very friendly and will happily give you more information or provide suggestions for other places to visit in the islands.
