Brasserie Paul is a moderately priced brasserie in Rouen close to the Joan of Arc Historical Exhibition. A french restaurant that does tasty food, juicy steaks and great meals. Reasonably priced wines in a nice ambience. A great terrace. Helpful staff. Incredibly good prices.
