Proud little restaurant set in Tywyn Wales. We pride ourselves on using the very best produce to create exciting and delicious food that wont break the bank. A comfortable and easy place to visit and dine. Scott Paterson runs the front of house and is manager of Salt Marsh Kitchen. Bryony Davis is Head Chef. Jim Paterson is our Soux Chef and pizza wiz. We have a great team of waiting on staff - Catherine and Huw.....and of course our kitchen Porters - Rhys, Elisha, Megan and Tiff. A small but very efficient little group :)
