Ang BLS ay naging eksklusibong operator ng pamantayang bahagi ng S-Bahn Bern. Kasama dito ang mga bukas na serbisyo ng pag-access sa mga Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) at mga track ng STB Sensetalbahn.
